In this video, I demonstrate how a conversation with Claude, connected to Business Central via MCP (Model Context Protocol), turns into a complete workflow of financial analysis, simulation and action. And all without opening Business Central or Power BI at any point.
I start with a question: “How is the customer portfolio looking?” And in fifteen minutes, I go through the entire cycle: analysis of accounts receivable, interactive collection simulation, a six-month forecast with reminders, drafting the collection email, creating a ticket in BC, a financial dashboard with three tabs and what-if scenarios, and exporting to Word with corporate branding.
All this is possible thanks to the capabilities Anthropic has launched in recent days.
